Bas Muafakat Johor Bus Service P201 is a local bus route plying between Taman Universiti and looping at Taman Pulai Mutiara, passing through U Mall, Taman Sri Pulai Perdana, Taman Pulai Perdana and Taman Sri Pulai.
The route links residential neighbourhoods around Taman Universiti with Taman Pulai. Initially operating only between Taman Universiti and UiTM, a route amendment on 15 October 2016 extended the route to Taman Pulai Perdana and Taman Sri Pulai. A second route amendment on 1 January 2018 further extended the route into Kangkar Pulai, Taman Pulai Indah, Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai and Taman Pulai Emas, while omitting Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UiTM). Bus connections to UiTM were replaced by BMJ Service P211. In progressive amendments over 2018, the route was shortened to omit Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai, and later Taman Pulai Emas.
In 2026, the looping point was extended from Taman Pulai Indah to Taman Pulai Mutiara.
The Bas Muafakat Johor services are a joint initiative by the State Government of Johor, Johor Public Transport Corporation (PAJ) and various City Councils in Johor Bahru (MBJB), Johor Bahru Tengah (MBJPT), Kulai (MPKu) and Pasir Gudang (MPPG). The group of bus services operating within Johor Bahru Tengah carry the ‘P2’ service prefix.
