Shuttle 3: Tuas Link—Boon Lay / Joo Koon Shuttle Bus Service

Shuttle 3, also referred to as the Tuas Link—Joo Koon / Boon Lay Shuttle Bus Service
is a Rail Replacement Service plying between Tuas Link and Joo Koon / Boon Lay, serving en-route East West Line (EWL) stations.

The route will be activated to operate between Tuas Link—Boon Lay on selected Sundays in March & April 2021, while being shortened to operate between Tuas Link—Joo Koon on selected Sundays in April & May 2021 when Full Sunday Closures are implemented on the EWL to facilitate the replacement of 22kV cables along the Tuas West Extension.

The Shuttle Bus Service serves the following MRT Stations:

Charges regular distance fare based on the distance between MRT Stations by rail. Train, bus and hybrid concession passes are accepted, and distance fare rules apply.

• 2017 (08 Dec): Launched as a Shuttle Bus Service between Tuas Link and Joo Koon, operating during periods of MRT closure
• 2018 (02 Mar): Start of operations for March 2018 MRT Early Closure, Late Opening with revised operating details

• 2018 (22 Mar): Extended operating days to Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays in April 2018. Frequency reduced to 4 – 15 mins from 3 – 15 mins
