Bukit Panjang LRT – Sunday Late Opening (July – October 2018)

Sunday Late Openings along the entire Bukit Panjang Light Rail Transit Line (BPLRT) will take place on Sundays from 01 July 2018 to 28 October 2018 to facilitate additional engineering hours for maintenance work, such as the replacement of sections of the power rails, track switch components as well as the parts of the doors and propulsion systems of LRT trains.

The Sunday Late Openings are part of ongoing works to overhaul the entire Bukit Panjang LRT and follows full-day Sunday closures carried out in April – June 2018. Train services start at 8am on affected Sundays.

• Bukit Panjang LRT Shuttle Service (LRT Shuttle A & LRT Shuttle B)

Affected LRT Stations

As a result, LRT Train Service A (via Senja), Service B (via Petir) & Service C (to Ten Mile Junction) will only start operations at 8am on Sundays between 01 July and 28 October 2018,

• Bukit Panjang LRT Train Service will start later at 8am on the following Sundays
  – 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29 July 2018
  – 5, 12, 19 & 26 August 2018
  – 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30 September 2018
  – 7, 14, 21 & 28 October 2018

Shuttle Bus Services

Shuttle Bus Services will be provided throughout the duration of the full day closures. Fares for the Shuttle Bus Services are equivalent to the distance travelled by train.
