Premium Service 734 was a Changi Business Park Premium service operated by Smart Destiny Pte Ltd, linking the housing estates at Sembawang and Yishun with Changi Business Park. Morning trips operate towards Changi Business Park, while return trips towards Sembawang are also operated in the evening.
Premium 734 was withdrawn in Q1 2022 with the removal of its listing on the Land Transport Authority MyTransport.sg App.

Premium 734 serves housing board estates around Sembawang and Yishun with connections to Changi Business Park located at Upper Changi, eliminating the hassle of transferring between different modes of transport. It is a more convenient alternative route for residents who would otherwise rely on the MRT and other bus routes to reach Changi Business Park, which has limited transport connections.
There are some stops in common with Premium 740 which also operates from Sembawang / Yishun to Changi Business Park.
