  Punggol Plaza Free Shuttle Bus A

  My mom take the the free Punggol Plaza shuttle often as she goes there to buy food and also groceries from Supermarket. However, we have realized that the shuttle bus (service A) has always been occupied by the school children from Edgedale Primary School and at times, more than half the bus are occupied by the school children leaving the older folks stranded and needed to wait for the next bus. The timing is 1.40pm from Punggol Plaza.

  These school children took the advantage that they are kids and they just cut the queue or they dont even queue and squeeze themselves in which is so wrong of them to behave such.

  This feeder shuttle bus service is suppose to be ferrying residents to commute from their house to Punggol plaza to get their necessities, it is not a school bus and I tought this should be made know to the commuters otherwise, the folks and residents will be left stranded when they need it most.

  If school children need a transport to bring them home, shouldnt they look for school bus or public buses instead of this free shuttle which supposedly is meant to ferry residents to Punggol Plaza to get their necessities?

  Actions should be taken.
