Marymount MRT Station (CC16) is an underground station along the Circle Line (CCL). It is built underneath Marymount Road, near the junction of Marymount Lane and Bishan Street 21. The architectural design of Marymount station is similar to other CCL3 stations Bartley and Lorong Chuan.

The station is named after the road of the same name on the surface, Marymount Road, which in turn took its name from the Marymount Convent of the Little Sisters of the Poor. It serves nearby businesses, housing developments and Raffles Institution.

Serving schools and residential areas in the vicinity, Marymount station encounters low to moderate passenger demand across most of the day.

Construction

Circle Line Stage 3 (CCL3) Contract C853 for the construction of Marymount station, along with the tunnels between Lorong Chuan and Bishan stations and Bishan and Marymount stations, was awarded to Japanese company Taisei Corporation for S$167.7 million.

    Can I know does anyone have the good explanation on how do I actually can get to 39A jalan pemimpin, Halcyon building from Marymount station? As trying to find my way there one of these days. Hope someone able to give me the specific directions that I can get there without getting lost together with my mum along. Appreciate it a lot!
