Toh Guan MRT Station (JE4) is an elevated station located along the Jurong Region Line (JRL) Phase 2. It is built along Jurong East Central, near the junction with Toh Guan Road and Jurong East Avenue 1, bringing rail connectivity to schools, residential developments, community amenities and industries in the area.
The station is in the vicinity of schools such as Shuqun Secondary School; and residential developments around Toh Guan Road and Jurong East Street 21.
The station is targeted for completion and opening in Year 2028.
The opening was announced to be delayed by about one year in a Written Reply by Minister for Transport Ong Ye Kung to Parliamentary Question on Prioritising Early Completion of Jurong Region MRT Line on 1 Feb 2021, with COVID-19 cited as a reason.

Toh Guan station has two platforms in an island platform arrangement.
The station platforms are built to four-car length to cater for future expansion, although trains will only operate in a three-car formation.

Toh Guan MRT station will likely have two exits leading to ground level. More details will be confirmed closer to the opening of the station.
Construction Trivia
Toh Guan Station will be constructed as part of Contract J109 – Design and Construction of Toh Guan Station, Jurong Town Hall Station, Pandan Reservoir Station and Viaduct for Jurong Region Line, which was awarded to Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. – Yongnam Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. Joint Venture at a contract value of $320.4 million in July 2020.
