• 2005 (19 Sep): Introduced between Bedok Rd (Opp Man Fatt Lam Tp) and Shenton Way (Opp Temasek Twr) during morning peak hours and between Anson Rd (Apex Twr) and Bedok Rd (Man Fatt Lam Tp) during evening peak hours as a peak hour one-directional Fast Forward service on weekdays
• 2009 (23 Feb): Serves additional bus stop outside Suntec City along Nicoll Highway; Additional morning trip added
• 2011: Additional evening trip added
• 2012 (16 Jan): Additional morning trip added
• 2016 (27 Jun): Designated wheelchair-accessible bus service (WAB)
• 2018 (12 Aug): Rebranded to an Express Bus Service from a Fast Forward Bus Service
• 2020 (08 Apr – 01 Jun): Temporarily suspended due to Singapore COVID-19 Circuit Breaker Measures.
