This service will be operated by Go-Ahead Singapore as the awarded operator of the Tampines Bus Package from July 2026.
Route History
- 2005 (19 Sep): Introduced between Bedok Rd (Opp Man Fatt Lam Tp) and Shenton Way (Opp Temasek Twr) during morning peak hours and between Anson Rd (Apex Twr) and Bedok Rd (Man Fatt Lam Tp) during evening peak hours as a peak hour one-directional Fast Forward service on weekdays
- 2009 (23 Feb): Serves additional bus stop outside Suntec City along Nicoll Highway; Additional morning trip added
- 2011: Additional evening trip added
- 2012 (16 Jan): Additional morning trip added
- 2016 (27 Jun): Designated wheelchair-accessible bus service (WAB)
- 2018 (12 Aug): Rebranded to an Express Bus Service from a Fast Forward Bus Service
- 2020 (08 Apr – 01 Jun): Temporarily suspended due to Singapore COVID-19 Circuit Breaker Measures.

As part of TEL4 rationalisation, Service 10e as well as its counterpart Service 14e should be amended to skip the sector of Mountbatten/East Coast/Upper East Coast Road in between Bedok South Avenue 1 and Tanjong Katong Road via Bedok South Avenue 1 -> ECP (similar to 12e), then run through Suntec following Service 36’s route. 10e should be extended to Tampines, potentially incorporating an express sector in between Simei Avenue and Bedok Road (Opp Man Fatt Lam Tp) via Upper Changi Road East.
