Dear LTA,
I am Viyasa Prakan from Geylang Methodist School (Primary). I am writing this email to tell you the late frequency of bus 225w today which was very unusual.
I would like to tell you that today morning at 06 54, I ran for the bus and I waved to the bus driver and although he was still inside the bus stop, he drove off. I thought that the bus would come in another 2-5 minutes but the bus actually arrived 18 minutes later. I knew that I would be late to school with a lot of other people late for work due to the low frequency of the bus. The bus had only arrived at 07 12 and school starts at 07 30. Although I had reached the bus stop at 06 54, I only boarded the bus at 07 12 which is why I went late for school. Service 225w’s frequency would be very high, especially in the morning as a lot of people would be going to school and work but I do not know what had happened today.
I hope this will never happen again as a lot of people who will use 225w especially in the morning would not want to be waiting for a bus for 18 minutes while they expect the wait to be 5 minutes.
Yours faithfully,
Viyasa Prakan
