The bus stand at Changi Airport Terminal 4 is built just outside the arrival hall of the terminal building. Unlike the bus stands at Terminals 1, 2 and 3 which are located in the basement, the Terminal 4 bus stand is located at ground level. As a satellite terminal, it is not directly connected to Changi Airport MRT Station and requires connection via shuttle bus.

The bus stand is sheltered with a spacious passenger waiting area. Waiting benches and Information boards are also provided.

The bus stand has 2 linear berths for alighting & boarding, indicated by 2 bus stop poles with the same bus stop number and description.

Located around 100 metres away from the bus stand are end-on berths for coaches.

    1. There is no space for a ‘Changi Airport Terminal.’ If you want to build that, it will be more troublesome for passengers because you want to build a further away terminal from the airport.
    2. Service 16 will duplicate Service 24. I don’t think it’s a problem if passengers can change buses.

I have just been informed my Air Asia flight has been moved to Terminal 4. My friend is leaving from Terminal 3 at the same time. We are coming from Marina Bay area. Is there a public bus/MRT that we can take to go to both these terminals please? If not, how do we get from say Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 please? Thanks, Sarah

      Hi Sarah,

You can hop on the free shuttle bus service from Terminal 2 Arrival Hall Door 1 to Changi Airport Terminal 4. Follow the directional signs to Terminal 4 from Changi Airport MRT Station

Fail big time la,Should just make a centralise open terminal and just skipped the basement.A new feeder using a mix of bendies and SDs start from the centralise terminal to T3/T1/T2.This T4 bus stop will be violated by private vehicles

Demolish T4 Bus stand, then there is an area for bus to stop nearby maybe that one can be the bus ter and renamed as Changi Airport Bus Ter. Amend all bus to skip the various terminals, amend service 36 to loop at the 3 terminals and end back at Changi Airport Bus Ter, also amend service 16 to extend to Changi Airport Bus Ter, meaning that service 16 will go from Bt Merah Int to Changi Airport Ter (skipping bedok int and continue the journey to the airport like service 24.)

Where are you going to build this centralised Terminal? If you want to build it, you have to take down the roads and infrastructure. At most can just shift T4 bus stop to nearby the terminal.

Plus it will be useless if buses go from one terminal to one terminal back to this ‘centralised’ terminal which is so close by to the terminals itself. I can understand if it’s a bus depot, where buses park, but looping around is itself a good idea for buses going to Changi Airport.

I think skytrain and shuttle bus good for T1/2/3/4 already. Still got T5 and it’s the opposite side :/
