The Changi Airport Terminal 4 Shuttle Bus Service is connects passengers to and from other Terminals at Changi Airport.
Passengers connecting to and from Changi Airport MRT Station can take Free Shuttle Bus between Terminal 3 and Terminal 4.
The Shuttle Bus Service is wheelchair accessible, and operated by Woodlands Transport Service Pte Ltd using various wheelchair-accessible buses, such as Yutong ZK6126HGA and Scania K230UB.
Public Area Shuttle Bus Service
Two public shuttle routes serve Terminal 4 from the other Terminals at Changi Airport as of 1 Oct 2023.
- T1 / JEWEL <> T4
- T2 <> T4
At Terminal 4, the shuttle buses alight passengers at T4 Departure Hall Door 4. The boarding point for all services is at T4 Arrival Hall Door 1.
These individual shuttle services operate from 06:00 to 00:00 daily. Between 00:00 to 06:00, a combined service operates as T2 – T1 / Jewel – T4.
