Your message is clear, but here are a few minor adjustments to make it flow more smoothly:

“The change to the 110 route has actually become convenient for my father, who goes to work at the Airport every day. Since we live in Fernvale, it’s easier for him to take bus 163, get off at the bus stop along Sengkang East Ave, and board bus 110 directly to the Airport. However, I disagree with the route change to bus 156. Why not bus 159 from Toa Payoh? Or perhaps a route extension of bus 84 from Punggol to increase connectivity for Punggol and Sengkang residents? Limiting the route of 156 towards Buangkok is a big NO, especially for Sengkang residents working in the West region because that is the ONLY bus that goes to the West in the town of Sengkang. The convenience will then fall… Please look into this because the rest of the reviews says the same.

Why swap 156 and 374 routes 156 route remain the same but let 374 have the privilege to serve Buangkok station and ITH by shortening 156 to Buangkok ITH it will lead to complaints and coummters have to go and transfer alternative routes and it takes a lot of time to use either other bus services or NEL to lack of time for 156 amendment. but 374 can have the chance to serve Buangkok station and coummters won’t have to transfer routes from 374 that will help more benefits.

374 is a feeder service. Hence, extending to Buangkok doesn’t make sense
