Since Sunday, 29 May 2016, public buses feature a new lush green livery – the winning colour for the Singapore Bus. Tower Transit is the first bus operator in Singapore to use the lush green livery, which was launched on the same day as its first day of operations.
A few of Tower Transit’s Volvo B9TL double-decker buses and Mercedes-Benz Citaro buses painted in lush green were seen on the roads on Sunday, 29 May 2016. Green Alexander Dennis Enviro500 buses subsequently appeared on the roads on Tuesday, which were transferred from SMRT Buses to Tower Transit. The buses bear the “SG♥Bus” and Tower Transit logo on the sides and rear.
3 lush green MAN A22 buses, SG1712K, SG1713T and SG1714R, also hit the roads on Monday, 30 May 2016, under SMRT Buses. These buses did not bear any company logos initially, but have since been stickered with the “SG♥Bus” and SMRT logo.
Since then, buses have been progressively repainted to Lush Green, and all new buses are painted in the same livery.
SG5780L & SG5796S are MAN Lion’s City DD Ls NOT MAN A95s.
The e500s lush green are quite nice though
SG1714E spotted on 975 with the “SG❤️BUS” logo and a tiny small smrt logo
@admin why A22 seem to be painted to a darker shade of green while the TT buses like painted to lime green?
