Nanyang Gateway MRT Station (JW3) is an elevated station located along the Jurong Region Line (JRL) Phase 3. It is built within the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) campus.
Originally announced to be targeted for opening in Year 2028, it was announced to be delayed by about one year in a Written Reply by Minister for Transport Ong Ye Kung to Parliamentary Question on Prioritising Early Completion of Jurong Region MRT Line on 1 Feb 2021, with COVID-19 cited as a reason.

Nanyang Gateway station has two platforms in an island platform arrangement.
The station platforms are built to four-car length to cater for future expansion, although trains will only operate in a three-car formation.
Exits
Nanyang Gateway MRT station will likely have four exits leading to ground level. More details will be confirmed closer to the opening of the station.
Construction Trivia
Contract J113 – Design and Construction of Nanyang Gateway Station, Nanyang Crescent Station and Viaduct for Jurong Region Line – was awarded to Hwa Seng Builder Pte Ltd for S$263 million in April 2021. Construction is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2021, with expected completion in 2029.
