Late Openings (LO) along the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) between Woodlands North and Caldecott will take place on Saturdays & Sundays from Saturday, 26 February 2022 to Sunday, 29 May 2022, including Labour Day (1 May 2022) & Vesak Day (15 May 2022)
This is to facilitate additional engineering hours to support the testing of the integrated systems and trains for TEL Stages 1 to 3. Similar arrangements were also put in place to support testing activities for TEL Stage 2.

Alternate Travel Arrangements
No shuttle bus service is arranged for this Late Opening. The joint news release by the Land Transport Authority & SMRT mentioned:
Commuters can use existing public bus services such as 162/162M, 167, 855, 856 and 980 to travel along the existing TEL corridor. They can also use some of these bus services to transfer to other rail lines, such as the North-South Line or the Circle Line, to continue their travel on the rail network.
TEL 3 should be open by sept 2022 i think
I doubt so. It seems that it should be completed by early 2023.
Why doubtful?
Why 2023? LTA and press release already mentioned that its opening this year. If anything, its possible that TEL 3 will open before Sep 2022 after this ECLO as the TEL3 stations are more or less completed…
2023 might be the year Mount pleasant and marina south open. For the rest it should be around June to August
