Shuttle 4: Jurong East—Choa Chu Kang Shuttle Bus Service

Shuttle 4, or the Jurong East—Choa Chu Kang Shuttle Bus Service, is a Rail Replacement Service plying between Jurong East and Choa Chu Kang, serving en-route North South Line (NSL) stations.

The route will be activated to operate on selected Fridays and Saturdays in May & June 2020, when shortened operating hours are implemented on the North South & East West Lines to allow for additional engineering hours, primarily for power supply system renewal works.

As the Early Closures in May & June 2020 were cancelled, the shuttle service will no longer operate.

  • 2017 (15 Dec): Amended to ply via Jurong Town Hall Rd & Jurong Gateway Link to reduce congestion along Jurong Gateway Rd
  • 2018 (18 Jul): Route announced for Early Closure & Late Opening in August & September 2018

    Though alternative Service is provided for between from Bukit batok mrt to woodlands mrt , should it need to take 55min of traveling time ?
    Board the Service 6.20am, arrive at 7.15am. definitely not the standard you are promoting. Thank you.
