Shuttle 4: Jurong East—Choa Chu Kang Shuttle Bus Service

The Jurong East—Choa Chu Kang Shuttle Bus Service is a Rail Replacement Service plying between Jurong East and Choa Chu Kang, serving en-route North South Line (NSL) stations.

The route will be activated to operate on selected Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in December 2017, when shortened operating hours are implemented across sections of the NSL and EWL to facilitate more time for track maintenance and renewal work.

The Shuttle Bus Service will only operate on affected days in December. These Days are: 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30 & 31 December.

• On days of Early Closure (8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29 & 30 Dec), buses will operate from the start time of the early closure till the stipulated last bus timings below.
• On days of Late Opening (9, 16, 23, 24, 30 & 31 Dec), buses will operate from the stipulated first bus timings below till the start time of normal train operations.
• The Shuttle Buses will operate for the entire day on Full Closure days (10 & 17 Dec).

This bus service is reflected as Service 477 on the Trapeze Common Fleet Management System (CFMS) and as Service 486 on the Bus Ticketing System.
