The Hospital Sultanah Aminah (HSA) Free Shuttle Buses are two shuttle routes connecting Hospital Sultanah Aminah and Klinik Kesihatan Mahmoodiah with Larkin Bus Terminal and the Tropicana Lido Parking Lot, respectively.
Both routes operate from Mondays to Fridays with most departures at 30-minute intervals.

Introduced on 30 October 2022, the Hospital Sultanah Aminah Free Shuttle (also called Shuttle HSA) connects Larkin Bus Terminal to Hospital Sultanah Aminah and Klinik Kesihatan Mahmoodiah, operating only on weekdays.
This route was introduced alongside another shuttle service, Shuttle HSI (Lotus Tebrau–Sultan Ismail Hospital). According to the government, the initiative intends to overcome the problem of traffic congestion and insufficient parking spaces at both hospitals, benefiting hospital patients and visitors alike.
The shuttle service is funded by the Johor State Government under the Bas Muafakat Johor (BMJ) scheme. As such, this service is for Malaysian citizens only.

Tropicana Lido Route
On 23 June 2025, the Johor Public Transport Corporation (PAJ) added a second route for the HSA shuttle from Lido Waterfront Boulevard. This park and ride shuttle allows hospital and clinic visitors to park for free at the Tropicana Lido Parking Lot at Lido Waterfront Boulevard, opposite Jabatan Kehakiman Syariah Negeri Johor. [Link]
This service also only operates on weekdays.
[Defunct] Ayer Molek Route
On 15 February 2024, the Johor Public Transport Corporation (PAJ) added a second route for the HSA shuttle from Penjara Ayer Molek (Ayer Molek Prison). This park and ride shuttle allows hospital and clinic visitors to park for free at Ayer Molek Prison. [Link]
The route only operated on weekdays at 20- to 30-minute intervals. Weekdays in 2024 were from Sundays—Thursdays, and were later changed to Monday—Friday in 2025, in tandem with Johor changing its official weekend from Friday and Saturday to Saturday and Sunday (effective 1 Jan 2025).
The service was withdrawn on 6 May 2025. [Link]
