Free travel for Malaysian citizens with Bas Muafakat Johor travel cards

Introduced on 1 November 2022, the Hospital Sultan Ismail Free Shuttle (also called Shuttle HSI) connects Lotus’s Desa Tebrau to Klinik Kesihatan Sultan Ismail and Hospital Sultan Ismail.

This route was introduced alongside another shuttle service, Shuttle HSA (Larkin Terminal–Sultanah Aminah Hospital). According to the government, the initiative intends to overcome the problem of traffic congestion and insufficient parking spaces at both hospitals, benefitting hospital patients and visitors alike.

The shuttle service is funded by the Johor State Government under the Bas Muafakat Johor (BMJ) scheme. As such, this service is for Malaysian citizens only.
