(Defunct) SBS Transit Feeder Bus Service 231W

SBST Feeder Bus Service 231W was a Feeder service operating from Toa Payoh Interchange and looping at Lorong 1 Toa Payoh, via Lorong 4 Toa Payoh and Braddell MRT. Service 231G plied a similar route in the anti-clockwise direction.

Its last day of operation was on Saturday, 10 March 2012, after which it was integrated into unidirectional Service 231.

Feeder Service 231W served residential neighbouhoods and schools along Toa Payoh Lorongs 1 and 4 to Braddell MRT station and Toa Payoh Town Centre.

Following the route extension of Feeder Service 235 to Caldecott MRT station, Service 231W was merged with Service 231G to form a unidirectional Service 231. The last day of operation was on Saturday, 10 March 2012.

Fare: Fares for Feeder Services are capped at 3.2km. Refer to Bus Fares.

Fleet: Service 231W’s fleet comprised of a full fleet of Scania K230UB buses.

• 2002 (19 May): Amended to Toa Payoh Integrated Transport Hub
• 2010 (02 Dec): Designated wheelchair-accessible bus service (WAB)
• 2012 (11 Mar): Amended to loop at Lor 5 Toa Payoh and converted to a single plate feeder service, skipping Lor 6 Toa Payoh
