Feeder Service 231W served residential neighbouhoods and schools along Toa Payoh Lorongs 1 and 4 to Braddell MRT station and Toa Payoh Town Centre.
Following the route extension of Feeder Service 235 to Caldecott MRT station, Service 231W was merged with Service 231G to form a unidirectional Service 231. The last day of operation was on Saturday, 10 March 2012.
