Probably just me but 299 not calling at the Tamp station stop at Ave 4 makes me feel like it could at least afford to be like 265 and call at Tamp int in both directions… but I’m also a personal hater of the Exit E bus stops bc they’re so hard to access so I get it if I’m just biased lmao and wouldn’t be surprised if Tamp int doesn’t have space since the northeast section is quite full already
First day and a full SD fleet, as expected. Demand would be low until the BTO fully opens. By then Service 69 would have been amended into St 95 & 96 too
Not sure if this intel is accurate or not though… but last heads from last month it’s 69
Most probably start with 6 buses first.Potential for DD and best if they can deploy 1 or 2 perm ADL 3 door
From what i recall 76281/76289 are quite a distance to walk from Tampines West MRT station itself, requiring passengers to cross a road even before getting to the station. More needs to be done to make such transfers more seamless so that public transport actually becomes an attractive option.
Just a road across mah
Attractive for some commuters but operation cost, infrastructure etc you never think? SG how big ah until a few metres you all cannot walk?Later all fare rise again the same folks will complain again.Dont be a jelly generation la for goodness sake.
Finally! This has long been awaited since last year when it was first leaked to the enthusiast community! The bus stops took quite a while & HDB had to give the green light too. Glad the routing turned out to be the same as predicted by everyone.
