City Direct Service 665 provides residents of Marsiling and Woodlands South with greater connectivity to the CBD. The service provides a travel alternative for commuters who relied on the rail network and feeder buses to and from work. The route incorporates an express sector between Woodlands Ave 1 and Orchard Rd via SLE & CTE.
This is the fifteenth City Direct service to be introduced under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP), which provides more options for commuters using stretches of the existing rail lines that experience persistently high ridership, while the ongoing rail enhancement measures are being implemented.
With the introduction of City Direct 665, Express Service 951E was amended to serve Woodlands Ave 5, skipping Woodlands Ave 1 and part of Woodlands Ave 4.

Please bring back 665 or alternative bus for marsiling residents. Greatly appreciate it!
PLease ensure driver to stop at each stop especially one raffle link. he just drove off, causing me to be late for work.
Pls consider increasing the time of the last bus to 7.50 to 8am. And also to go through orchard as more orchard workers can benefit from it
PLEASE KINDLY HIGHLIGHT TO YOUR 3RD BUS DRIVER. HE ALWAYS ASSUME THERE IS NO ONE TO BOARD THE BUS AT MARSILING LANE MARKET BUS STOP. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME HE JUST DRIVE PASS THE BUS STOP WITH ME WANTING TO BOARD THE BUS. THIS IS JUST BECAUSE THERE IS A BUS INFRONT OF HIM AND HE ASSUMED NOBODY AND NO ONE IS TAKING BUS SERVICE 665. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND HE IS BEING RUDE FOR NOT AT LEAST TO STOP AND CHECK. PLEASE ADVISE HIM TO STOP AT EVERY BUS STOP SINCE IT IS IN THEIR PROTOCOL!

To customer service officer
Would like to highlight to you of bus captain should take into consideration to pick up ONLY ONE passenger at the LAST bus stop mentioned even it is packed. he should at least ask the passengers to move in.
It caused inconvenience to the passenger since LTA has highlighted that this bus service is an enhance a better bus service than 951E.
Thank you.
Best regards
