Imbiah Station (S3) is a light rail station along the Sentosa Express monorail line. Located within Sentosa island, the station is overground and built near the junction of Siloso Road and Beach View.

The station takes its name from the nearby Imbiah lookout, a cluster of tourist attractions in central Sentosa, and uses the colour code Purple.

Imbiah station is overground with an island platform serving Sentosa Express services in both directions. Half-height Platform screen doors are installed at the platform edge for the safety of commuters, and retrofitted High volume, low speed (HVLS) fans keep passengers cool.

Platform attendants at the platform assist with commuter inquiries. An escalator, staircase and lift connect the platforms to the concourse and station exits on the ground floor.

Every Sentosa Express station has a is colour-coded for easy recognition. The colour code for Imbiah is Purple.

Concourse

The station concourse at ground level features retail shops and toilets. There are no ticket barriers within the station, as all Sentosa Express rides from this station are free of charge.

Safety Features

  • Emergency Train Stop buttons at station platforms, when activated, will prevent approaching trains from entering the station, and any train already stopped at the platform will be prevented from moving off.
  • Emergency telephones at station platforms and the intercom system inside the lifts enable communication with the Operations Control Centre
  • Fire Extinguishers in various locations

    I know its impossible but what if this station interchanges with the seletar line and acts as its southern terminus
