(Defunct) Causeway Link Bus Service 5BL

Causeway Link Bus Service 5BL is a former loop service operated by Handal Indah (Causeway Link). It connects Taman Universiti Bus Terminal with surrounding housing estates within Taman Universiti.

This bus service is no longer seen operating as of February 2023 and is presumed to be withdrawn.

This bus service is derived from Causeway Link Service 5B (JB Sentral – Taman Universiti), which formerly served JB Sentral – Taman Universiti and plied around the Taman Universiti residential estate in both directions.

Following the introduction of myBas Service T31 (JB Sentral – Taman Universiti – Taman Pulai Indah), Service 5B was withdrawn, and the route within the Taman Universiti residential estate was replaced by Causeway Link 5BL (Taman Universiti, with onward connections to Skudai/Tampoi/JB Sentral requiring a transfer to Bus Service T31 at Taman Universiti Bus Terminal. It used to operate daily at 30 to 45-minute intervals.

Following the route amendment of myBas T31 to serve the Taman Universiti estate in both directions, Causeway Link 5BL was no longer seen operating and is presumed to have been withdrawn.

• Child / OKU / Senior Citizen: RM0.50
