myBAS Bus Service F100 is a Johor Bahru local bus service operated by Handal Indah (Causeway Link), connecting JB Sentral Bus Terminal with KSL City.
From 1 March 2024, F100 will be amended to Jalan Ayer Molek / Jalan Yahya Awal, skipping MSC Cyberport. Operating hours will be adjusted to 8:00am to 10:40pm from JB Sentral with a frequency of 20 mins.

myBAS Bus Service F100 is a shopping & leisure bus route plying between JB Sentral and KSL City, a shopping mall and hotel development located at Taman Century, a short distance away from the Johor Bahru City Centre (also known as Bandaraya JB). Other en-route landmarks served include Hotel Grand Paragon, Holiday Plaza and Danga City Mall.
Foton C10 / C12 electric buses are regularly deployed on Bus Service F100.
The route was renumbered from S1 on 31 March 2022.
The route was amended from 1 March 2024 to Jalan Ayer Molek / Jalan Yahya Awal, skipping MSC Cyberport. Operating hours were also adjusted.
Temporary Change of Pick Up Point at KSL
Every Monday after 3pm till end of operations, the bus pick up point for Service F100 will be shifted to the entrance near Jalan Serigala (KFC, Pizza Hut).

- 2022 (31 Mar): Renumbered from S1 to F100 under MyBAS Johor Bahru Phase 1
- 2024 (1 Mar): Amended to Wisma Persekutuan & Menara Tabung Haji via Jalan Ayer Molek / Jalan Yahya Awal, skipping MSC Cyberport & R&F Mall. Operating hours adjusted (old: 8.15am–10.45pm; new: 8am–10:40pm from JB Sentral; frequency reduced from 15 mins to 20 mins). Fare increased from RM1.80 to RM2.10

When i already stay at JB I want go to Jalan Tanjung Puteri. I wait the bus F100 because I know this bus will pass through there. But when I got in the car and told the driver where I wanted to go, the driver kept pretending he didn’t understand！I waited over there for almost 30 minutes,I’m not sure the driver is do not want to stop in the middle or see me is easy to bully , refuse to take a passenger ! It’s on May 31, between 9:30 p.m. I hope you punish the driver severely he asked me more than once where I was going there was no way he didn’t know where I was going!
