Bas Muafakat Johor Bus Service P312 is a local bus route plying from Masai to various residential estates, via Pasir Gudang and back to Masai. The route passes Today’s Market Masai, Taman Tasek, Seri Alam, Taman Nusa Damai, Econsave Kota Masai, Taman Cendana, Pasir Gudang Bus Terminal and Taman Bukit Dahlia.
The route links residential neighbourhoods along its route with the transport nodes of Pasir Gudang and Masai, as well as retail destinations such as Today’s Market Masai and Econsave Kota Masai.
The Bas Muafakat Johor services are a joint initiative by the State Government of Johor, Johor Public Transport Corporation (PAJ) and various City Councils in Johor Bahru (MBJB), Johor Bahru Tengah (MBJPT), Kulai (MPKu) and Pasir Gudang (MPPG). The group of bus services operating within Pasir Gudang carry the ‘P3’ service prefix.
In January 2024, the route was extended to serve Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) and MRSM Johor Bahru (MARA Junior Science College) and operate in a bidirectional loop arrangement, with alternating clockwise and counter-clockwise loop departures.
