SSC Yishun route arrival 9.41pm daily, all the drivers always don’t allow passengers to board the bus @ Blk 227 Yishun toward to Yishun MRT.

This timing is not the last bus service, how come drivers can stop passenger to board the bus to Yishun MRT?

It depends on whether the bus is full or someone is about to alight the bus.As such cases,if the bus is full and no one want to get off.The driver will skip the stop.I hope this helps
