Sembawang Shopping Centre (SSC) is a shopping mall located off Sembawang Road, belonging to a cluster of developments along Sembawang Road that includes shophouses, restaurants, private residential homes and condominiums. Offering a mix of food and beverage (F&B) tenants, established retailers and a hypermarket, the mall appeals to residents from the surrounding estates, uniformed personnel from nearby military camps, as well as workers from the neighbouring industrial parks.
5 shuttle bus routes are provided for the convenience of shoppers. The Sembawang and Yishun routes operate daily, and are supplemented by the Woodlands and Canberra routes which operates on Fridays-Sundays and Public Holidays. In addition, the Woodlands Lunch route cater to the lunch-hour crowd during weekday lunch hours.
The shuttle bus service is contracted to Woodlands Transport Service Pte Ltd.

Sembawang Shopping Centre Shuttle – Former Sembawang Pickup Point. The new pick up point is at the MRT Station Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point.
The Sembawang Route for the Sembawang Shopping Centre shuttle is operated with high-floor coach buses. It operates Daily at 30 minutes per bus. The MRT station pick-up and drop-off point for the Shuttle is at the Sembawang MRT Pick-Up / Drop-Off Point along Sembawang Way, next to Sembawang MRT Station Exit C.
Apart from this shuttle route, Bus Services 167, 856, 858, 859 and 980 provide alternative transport between Sembawang MRT and Sembawang Shopping Centre, plying from different boarding stops scattered around Sembawang MRT to Sembawang Road.
To facilitate driver breaks, there is no shuttle service between 1445hrs – 1514hrs & 1745hrs – 1814hrs daily.
The bus takes roughly 10 minutes from SSC to Sembawang MRT Station. Boarding and alighting activities are allowed at all intermediate bus stops.

The Woodlands Route for the Sembawang Shopping Centre shuttle is operated with high-floor coach buses. It operates on Fridays, Weekends & Public Holidays at 40 minutes per bus. The MRT station pick-up and drop-off point for the Shuttle is at Bus Stop 47591 (Admiralty Stn/Blk 680) along Woodlands Ave 6, a short walk from Admiralty MRT Station Exit D.
To facilitate driver break, there is no shuttle service between 14:00 – 14:39 & 17:20 – 17:59 on operating days.

Took the bus yesterday (9th July 2018) at SSC at 325pm. As there were old folks and kids boarding so took some time to board and get a seat,so the frustrated driver shouted at us to quickly get seated. Management please look into this matter.
Why the bus for Woodlands one always not in time and the driver attitude is very bad (small bus driver, the old Uncle) and always not follow the schedule. There were many time he stop service during the bus service timing. I had experienced many times waiting 1 hour for the bus.

Time schedule states 1430 bus leaves from SSC A bus did arrived with sign that displays No Service and drove off.
Another bus which is already waiting at the bay just refused to open door.
What kind of service is this?
No sight of SSC bus at Blk 241 Yishun Ave 9. Have been waiting for almost an hour. This is the 2nd time I have encounter this.
Waited for more than an hour for the shuttle bus to ssc at Blk 241 yishun ave 9 which did not turn up
