Sentosa Bus A connects Beach Station Transfer Hub with Imbiah Lookout, Siloso Point, Resorts World Sentosa and Amara Sanctuary Resort before returning to Beach Station Transfer Hub. It operates daily from 7:00am to 12:10am (past midnight), at a frequency of 7 to 15 minutes.

Advan Engineering Pte Ltd formerly provided buses such as a Yutong ZK6126HGA bus to operate selected trips of Sentosa Bus A to supplement other buses operated by Sentosa Development Corporation & ComfortDelGro Bus.

This route commenced service on 30 July 2017, replacing the former Sentosa Bus 1 and Sentosa Bus 2. It plies the exact same route as the former Bus 1.
