Shuttle 6, or the Bugis—Tanah Merah Shuttle Bus Service, is a Rail Replacement Service plying between Bugis and Tanah Merah, serving en-route East West Line (EWL) stations.
The route will be activated to operate during selected Fridays and Saturdays in May & June 2019, when shortened operating hours are implemented on the East West Line to facilitate additional engineering hours for power supply system renewal and maintenance works.
The Shuttle Bus Service serves the following MRT Stations:

- EW11 Lavender
- EW10 Kallang
- EW9 Aljunied
- EW8CC9 Paya Lebar
- EW7 Eunos
- EW6 Kembangan
- EW5 Bedok

- 2018 (22 Nov): Route announced between Raffles Place and Bugis for Early Closure of East West Line in January 2019
