About

Land Transport Guru is the leading information resource of Singapore’s Public Transport, providing commuters, transport enthusiasts, and industry players alike with the latest public transport information and news.

Established in March 2013 as PublicTransportSG, we started out writing technical and historical articles about Singapore’s public transport network. Diversifying further, we became Land Transport Guru in March 2016 to connect our knowledge with the general public.

At Land Transport Guru, it’s about making public transport lovable for all. Set up by like-minded transport enthusiasts, we would like to spread our interest by keeping track of the latest developments in public transport.

We support the preservation of Singapore’s documentary heritage with web archiving by the National Library, Singapore.

Please stop leaving complaints or feedback on this website. It clearly is an information website about buses and trains in SG and DOES NOT represent any public transport operator. Any complaints/queries should be raised to SBST, TTS, GAS or SMRT and not on this website where it is irrelevant.

I have a question about Jurong Interchange
Is it true that staffs are allowed to park their car inside the bus parking area?
I don’t know where to feedback about this, I wish to know the direct link for the query!
The owner of the car said he is the staff and he is allowed to park there, but his attitude
Was so rude that really pissed me off
Hope you can link me to somewhere.
    Thank you

There is already a spate of highly visible accidents (fatal & non-fatal) relating to buses recently. Why on earth does your bus drivers still not exercise care whilst plying the roads?

I was driving along Simei Road yesterday when one of your bus driver literally tried to cut out when I was beside him, forcing me to take evasive manoeuvres by changing lanes to avoid a collision. This would have caused an accident had there been other vehicles beside. The situation occurred at the bus stop beside 166 Simei Road at 8:26pm. I believe the bus number is 12. The incident is captured via in car footage.

Bayshore MRT is opened but the bus stop near the MRT has not yet started. By when will the Land Transport Authority start the bus connectivity and what routes will the said bus stop connect the public. Currently, the bus stops outside MRT don’t have any bus number/ route on the board.
