Causeway Link CW7S is a bus service operated by Malaysian bus operator Handal Indah, plying between Hijauan Medini (Macrolink) and CIQ Second Link.
The route primarily serves cross-border passengers travelling between Macrolink / Sunway Iskandar and Singapore, with through-ticketing offered on Causeway Link’s other services across the Tuas Second Link (CW3, CW4, CW4S, CW6, CW7).
CW7S commences service on Saturday 15 Aug 2026.

- Service CW7S towards both Macrolink & CIQ Second Link serves the same bus stop at Top Hills & Sunway Citrine.

Service CW7S is a supplementary route connecting Macrolink & Sunway Puteri Hills with CIQ Second Link. This service operates only during the morning & evening peak hours.
From CIQ 2nd Link, passengers can transfer to other cross-border bus services (Service CW3, CW4, CW4S, CW6, CW7) to Jurong East, Boon Lay or Tuas Link with a single ticket. Likewise, in the reverse direction, passengers starting their journey in Singapore can transfer to Service CW7S at CIQ Second Link without buying a new ticket.

Inter-Checkpoint Transfer:
At each checkpoint on the Singapore and Malaysian side of the border, passengers will have to alight and clear customs before boarding the bus again. When travelling between Tuas Checkpoint and CIQ Second Link in either direction, commuters may board any Causeway Link bus (CW3, CW4, CW4S, CW6 or CW7) with a valid ticket. Commuters using ManjaLink / Visa / Mastercard should tap their card upon entry.
Fare:
CW7S charges section fares and through-fares to Singapore. ManjaLink / Visa / Mastercard payment is accepted on this bus service.
Cash-paying commuters towards Singapore are to inform the driver of their end destination (Tuas Link / Boon Lay / Jurong East) to be charged the correct fare for a free transfer in Singapore on CW7 / CW6 / CW4 / CW3.
