Launch of New Bus Services 451, 452 & 453 / Renumbering of 991C

From Monday, 17 November 2025, 3 new Limited-stop Peak Period Bus Services will be launched under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Connectivity Enhancement Programme (BCEP).

These services provide a direct connection to MRT Stations for estates farther away from transport nodes.

Previously denoted by the suffix “X” from their parent service as “Express Feeder” services, these services will be numbered from 451 onwards to better distinguish them from existing services.

• Service 451: Keat Hong Link ⇄ Bukit Gombak MRT
  via Choa Chu Kang Ave 1, Choa Chu Kang Ave 3 & Brickland Rd
  Renumbered & enhanced from Short Trip Service 991C.
  Last day of operations for Short Trip Service 991C on 14 November 2025.
  Morning Peak towards Bukit Gombak MRT
  Evening Peak towards Keat Hong Link
• Service 452: Tengah ⇄ Beauty World MRT
  Morning Peak towards Beauty World MRT
  Evening Peak towards Tengah Int
• Service 453: Tengah ⇄ Bukit Batok
  Morning Peak towards Bukit Batok Int
  Evening Peak towards Tengah Int

Services 451, 452 & 453 will operate only during Weekdays Peak Hours (except Public Holidays) in a uni-directional manner.
