On the afternoon of Saturday 18 April 2026, bus arrival timings were observed to be disrupted, with large estimated arrival times (ETA) gaps between buses.
Earlier in the morning, the bus arrival API on the LTA Datamall was intermittently unavailable due to planned maintenance from 00:00 to 08:00.
Bus Arrival Time Predictions were earlier reported by the Land Transport Authority to be restored to above 90% back on 7 February 2026, following restoration works.

In response to the ongoing disruption, the Land Transport Authority posted on social media in the afternoon that it was investigating the matter.
