ISB B2 started on 9 January 2017, supplementing Internal Shuttle Bus D1 between University Town and Computer Centre/Central Library. Both ISB Services B1 and B2 were introduced after the merger of the original ISB B along with the UTown-Central Library Direct. ISB B2 also provides additional connectivity from University Town to NUS Raffles Hall, Engineering Auditorium and Kent Ridge Bus Terminal.
