NUS Internal Shuttle Bus D1 is an NUS Internal Shuttle Bus route operating within the National University of Singapore (Kent Ridge Campus). The route links NUS Business School (BIZ 2) and University Town via School of Computing, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Information Technology / Central Library and Yusof Ishak House.
The route is closely associated with ISB Service B1 and B2 which supplement this service between Kent Ridge Cres and University Town.

- 2004: Introduced as a term-time supplementary service from NUS Business School and Faculty of Science (Loop)
- 2006: Renamed to Service D
- 2010: Extended to serve UTown in both directions, with the forward and reverse directions named D1 and D2 respectively.
- 2013: Extended to Prince George’s Park, no longer operates as a continuous loop route, D1 and D2 are now different routes
