Service 184 serves between Gali Batu Ter and Clementi, via Upper Bukit Timah Road and Clementi Road. The route provides bus connections to many institutions along the Clementi Road academic belt, as well as serving residents of Clementi Avenue 5 and Cashew estates to nearby Clementi and Bukit Panjang Town Centres respectively.
This service is one of three bus routes providing the exceedingly high-demand sector between Clementi MRT and SIM/Ngee Ann Poly prior to the opening of King Albert Park MRT Station, alongside Service 52Â and 154. Much of the demand on this route is from students commuting from Clementi/Bukit Panjang to Clementi Road. As such, demand is moderate to high during the day.

The time indicated for this service is almost always 3 minutes, which of course, is totally forgot erroneous . This problem has persisted for years and is a very bad reflection of your company’s attitude towards end users. I am referring to the bus stop by at Pengsua pond.
Problem is that this service is slow and often late (particularly so for the bendies), and the drivers are inattentive. It is pointless having the bendies if the drivers can’t keep to schedule, drive very slowly or keep missing stops .
Driver of SMB8024C couldn’t stop to look out for passengers along Clementi road because a truck was in the bus bay. Also, bendy bus had difficulty pulling into bus bay
Excuse me, could you explain why Service 184 no double decker buses?
Complain about one Bus 184 driver
The Bus 184 should stop at 17241 at 9:10am on this Sunday morning where there were a lot of people waiting to aboard.
While the bus just passed by without stop with a lot of vacant seats and 7-8 passengers even though the driver could see many passengers queuing and waving to the bus .My 2 sons and I were amongst the waiting passengers. We were so angry and got so tired after about 15 minutes waiting at the bus stop. It was very hot and we had to wait for another 15 minutes.
Hope the bus driver can focus on driving and stop at the bus stop where he should stop.
