Service 193 is a largely industrial bus route serving Jurong West Avenue 4 and the Jurong and Tuas Industrial estates, linking these areas to transport nodes at Joo Koon, Pioneer and Boon Lay. Within the industrial estates, Bus Service 193 serves Lok Yang Way, Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim, Tuas Avenues 5, 3 and 9, Tuas West Road and Tuas West Drive.
As part of the Joo Koon Bus Interchange opening and accompanying Jurong Industrial Estate route amendments, Bus Service 193 was last amended on 28 November 2015 when its routing between Boon Lay Interchange and Benoi Road was mutually swapped with Service 192.
Like most industrial routes, demand is moderate to low during off-peak hours, but high during peak hours.
