The Frequency of this service needs too be improved. The waiting time is too long and many ppl are taking this service. If u missed a bus thats it gotta to wait super long time for next one to arrive and mind u the next one can come ard 20 mins time to arr.

This is the most recently fully-odd bus service number to be introduced. Why no bus 1 or 149? They are odd numbers and ought to be introduced like bus 71

    To Person in charge,

Everton since the BSEP was launched. I must say that it was a pleasant to take a bus during peak hours. In the morning and evening.

But I am quite surprised that last 19th of January 2018 Friday I was taking a feader bus 261.
This was a senior bus captain and 1 of them in controller of the station at Ang Mo Kio interchange.

I nearly hit on to the old man. Because they open to the public commuters. Ă€s I’m a wheelchair user havn’ got enough time to to park my wheelchair in a proper position.

Even, if it was assistance by 2 person the senior bus captain or the person in charge of control station. They should understand the importance of the safety

I was wondering why 2 door the front and back door have to open at the same time as to please the commuters. Whour will be blame if an injury happen?

Me the wheelchair user or the bus captain. As what I know Lta never give such a rules,

Bus 71 is a dream come true for me! For more than 17 years I have waited for a bus to link us to Bishan from Ave 4 (Ang Mo KIo) so news of this new bus and route brought me much joy.

I do not know who initiated this, or whose idea it was, but thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I am sure that many many other residents who stay in Ave 4 will thank you too, from the conversations I have had with the neighbours.

Keep up all the good work you all do, SBS!
