Back to Bus Services
Sometimes this service is such a weirdo as sometimes you will see 912 on a double-decker and most of the time, this service mostly deployed long articulated MAN A24 buses most of the days. I think that it will depends on the frequency on this service maybe? What do you think?
My opinion is that standing that the fact that Woodlands Ring Rd is not as straight as past years, and that the other buses may appear to have cameos, it is maybe more common to spot an A24 than another bus. Also judging the fact may be that a spare bus is taken out from depot (like a DD) to replace a A24. Lately, 913 has been ‘lending’ SMB1350T for it’s daily operations (which is originally 912B). Maybe 912B buses do transfer to 912?
The HC on this service is too overkill and waste of resource. Can’t even filled up all seats due to branching with the crowded 912A/B (which may not be HC, especially 912A). Might as well swop HC to 912A/B and get SD to ply 912. Worse still, hoard all WLDEP bendy from other Woodlands Feeder service which may need more.
Double decker buses spotted on 912 today.
@V Prasad And guess what, they are replacing the MAN A24s and I don’t even get why… :/
Due to new realignment that cause limitations / constraints along Woodlands Ring Road
@SMB3587P And will that last from now on or is this just temporary?
912 waiting time too long.no improvement.more than 20mins.10.35am on 9 july at blk335
Can the frequency of the bus is less than 23 minutes because it is serving a lot of residents.
Nowadays, they have separated full-day 912A & 912B
there are now man a24 debuts at woodlands feeder services 901, 903, 912 and 913 as well as CCK 302 and 188
AMDEP 858 as well
