SBS Transit Bus Service 92B was a Short-Trip Service variant of Bus Service 92.

The route operated from Ghim Moh Bus Terminal and ended at Science Park Drive (Opp Normanton Pk/R’ford). It ran on Weekends & Saturdays during the daytime (mainly during the Weekday morning peak), and operated halfway trips in place of Service 92 after the last bus of Service 92 has departed Ghim Moh.

Service 92B was withdrawn with the improvement of Service 92 weekday peak hour frequencies & introduction of Terminating Trip 92T from 27 November 2023. The last day of service was on Saturday, 25 November 2023.

Short Trip Service 92B was a trunk service operating from Ghim Moh Bus Terminal and ended at Science Park Drive (Opp Normanton Pk/R’ford).

As a Short-Trip Service, the route operated on Weekends & Saturdays during the daytime (mainly during the Weekday morning peak). It mainly supplemented the high demand for Service 92 from Buona Vista and Kent Ridge MRT stations to Singapore Science Park I (along Science Park Dr).

Service 92B also operated halfway trips in place of Service 92 after the last bus of Service 92 has departed Ghim Moh. Three trips were operated on Weekdays and Saturdays (Service 92 does not operate on Sundays and Public Holidays).

Withdrawal of Service

The service was withdrawn on 27 November 2023 with the improvement of morning & evening peak frequency for Service 92 & the introduction of Terminating Trip 92T. The last day of service was on Saturday, 25 November 2023.

    Why do we need this service when they already removed it previously (although the previous 92B starts from Ghim Moh)?

    Hopefully this (and the various short trips and hopefully, the M variants) is not part of the 15 new bus services that was planned.

    I don’t understand. First they introduced 92A/B, then 92M, and then withdraw the SWTs to introduce 92T, and now they are bringing back the SWTs within a short time. What’s going on.
