Route Adjustment for Service 856 to Woodlands North MRT Station

In tandem with the opening of Thomson-East Coast Line 1, SMRT Bus Service 856 will be amended to serve Woodlands North MRT Station both towards Woodlands & Yishun from Friday, 31 January 2020.
Commuters at Bus Stop 47201 – W’lands Nth Stn, Woodlands North Coast Road, are advised to check the bus Electronic Display Sign (EDS) to confirm the direction of travel, whether towards Woodlands Temp Int or Yishun Int.
In addition, a new special departure at Bus Stop 46529 – Opp Marsiling Stn, Woodlands Ave 3 for Service 856 towards Yishun Int will be added at 5:25am on Weekdays, except Public Holidays.
