Hougang lease might be extended till further notice… Or they can simply demolish half portion first for Bishan-Toa Payoh package once Serangoon-Eunos buses moves to Kim Chuan.
How if BNDEP is demolished, HGDEP takes over Bedok, Upper East Coast once Serangoon, Eunos, Sims Place, Lorong 1 Geylang and Woodleigh exit
