Maju Route 10 connects the Johor Bahru City Centre (JB Sentral) with the residential neighbourhoods of Stulang Laut, Pasir Pelangi, Bayu Puteri, Taman Sri Stulang and Taman Iskandar. The route loops within Taman Sri Stulang.

The route is complimented by Causeway Link CT1, which also plies between JB Sentral and Bayu Puteri / Taman Sri Stulang but takes a longer route.
