myBAS Bus Service T12 is a Johor Bahru local bus service operated by Transit Link JB, plying between AEON Tebrau City and Ulu Tiram Bus Terminal via Taman Desa Tebrau, Taman Pelangi Indah, Taman Puteri Wangsa and Kampung Baru.

myBAS Bus Service T12 connects AEON Tebrau City and Ulu Tiram with housing estates in Taman Desa Tebrau, Taman Pelangi Indah, Taman Puteri Wangsa and Kampung Baru. It also serves Hospital Sultan Ismail, but only in the direction of AEON Tebrau City.
At AEON Tebrau City, passengers can reach IKEA Tebrau, Toppen Shopping Centre and Lotus’s Desa Tebrau within walking distance nearby. At Ulu Tiram, passengers may transfer to bus services to JB Sentral, Larkin and Kota Tinggi.
The route was newly launched on 1 September 2022 under the myBAS Johor Bahru scheme. It was later withdrawn on 1 March 2024.
