History:
- 2006 (24 July): Introduced as Service BTC from Kent Vale Ter to NUS Bukit Timah Campus (Loop) outside BTC Student Hub, via Kent Ridge Cres, Kent Ridge Dr, Prince George’s Park in both directions
- 2010: Diverted to Kent Ridge Ter with the demolishing of Kent Vale Ter. Two additional stops along Clementi Road, no boarding or alighting at Kent Ridge.
- 2019 (07 Jan): Bus stop at 41021 Botanic Gardens MRT along Bukit Timah Road relocated to Pick-up and Drop-off point before the bus stop
- 2020 (13 Apr): Affected by NUS’ COVID-19 measures. Operating hours reduced to 0730hrs-1930hrs; frequency reduced to 60 mins [Link]
- 2020 (20 Jul – 05 Dec): Service temporary suspended. Replaced by ISB Service DD.
- 2021 (19 Jul): Amended to Bukit Timah Campus – Kent Ridge (Loop), serving most destinations within Kent Ridge Campus
- 2023 (Jun): First bus brought forward from 0730hrs to 0635hrs

On March 20, the 10 pm (2200) BTC bus returning from BTC did not run according to established route. This being the last bus with only two passengers, the driver was in a great hurry to end service and
he took the fastest route home to the bus terminal and told everyone to get out. I complained he had missed my stop but he spoke no English.
