Tampines North Integrated Transport Hub is a future Integrated Transport Hub (ITH) being built at Tampines North, currently under construction.
Expected to open sometime in the 2030s, the new bus interchange will be integrated with PARKTOWN Tampines, a mixed-use commercial and residential development located adjacent to Tampines North MRT Station, which serves the Cross Island Line. It will also replace the existing Tampines North Bus Interchange, which is an interim facility.

Land zoning & Tender
Plans for the bus interchange were first mooted as part of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)’s 2013 Draft Masterplan. The interchange would support the transport needs of Tampines North, a new extension of Tampines town, which will house around 21,000 residential units.
The land parcel, at ~5.07 ha in size, was planned as a Mixed Use Development, comprising Commercial and Residential elements, integrated with a Bus Interchange, Community Club and Hawker Centre. It is bounded by Tampines Street 62, Tampines North Drive 2, Tampines Avenue 11 and Tampines Avenue 6.
An HDB tender for the land parcel was launched on 23 December 2022. On 11 July 2023, the site was awarded to Topaz Residential Pte. Ltd. and Topaz Commercial Pte. Ltd., a consortium comprising UOL, Singland and CapitaLand, at the tender price of $1,206,390,880.
According to the developer, PARKTOWN Residence is expected to achieve its Temporary Occupation Permit by mid-2030.
According to site plans, the bus interchange is sited on the northeastern edge of the development. HDB control plans indicate two vehicular access points for the bus interchange: the main entrance/exit along Tampines Street 62 (via signalised full movement junction), and a contingency access via Tampines North Drive 2 (left in/left out intersection).
When completed and opened, the ITH will replace the interim Tampines North Bus Interchange, which is built on land zoned for future residential use.
Charging Infrastructure
In November 2025, LTA launched a tender to install liquid-cooled plug-in chargers at Tampines North ITH under Contract BD405 – Electric Vehicles Charging System for Electric Buses.
Community Amenities
The bus interchange is integrated with a retail mall (PARKTOWN Tampines), a condominium (PARKTOWN Residence), a community club, and a hawker centre. Connection to the rail network is offered via the adjacent Tampines North MRT station. The residential segment features 1,193 residential units sized between 1 and 5 bedrooms.
