From 1 July 2026, all passengers boarding Singapore-bound bus services from Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal will be charged a RM2 fee. This is double the current RM1 fee, which was implemented on 15 February 2023.
Commuters of Bus Services 170, CWL and SJE will be affected by the increased charges.
The RM2 fee is collected by Larkin Terminal at the entrance of Singapore Departure Hall, a common waiting area for all cross-border bus services. There are no other passenger facilities within the waiting area.
Turnstile gates at the entrance to the Departure hall accept the following payment methods:
- Contactless Payment (Visa / Mastercard / MyDebit)
- Touch ‘n Go (Physical card)
- Cash (RM1 note only)
Passengers arriving from Singapore are not charged this extra fee and can exit the bus berth via one-way ticket gates.
The RM2 fee is similarly charged to long-distance coach passengers for the use of Larkin’s Central Ticketing System (CTS) and associated boarding facilities. This extra charge was implemented on 1 January 2022.
