Waterfront Station (S2) is a light rail station along the Sentosa Express monorail line. Located within Sentosa island, the station is overground and built within the Resorts World Sentosa Integrated Resort, next to Universal Studios Singapore and Hotel Michael.
The station takes its name from its geographical location near Keppel Harbour, and was the last Sentosa Express station to be opened. Its color code is Lime Green.

Waterfront station is overground with an island platform serving Sentosa Express services in both directions. Half-height Platform screen doors are installed at the platform edge for the safety of commuters, and retrofitted High volume, low speed (HVLS) fans keep passengers cool.
Queue lines are set up on the platform to optimize the flow of commuters in and out of the station, while platform attendants assist with commuter inquiries. An escalator, staircase and lift connect the platforms to the concourse and station exits on the ground floor.
Every Sentosa Express station has a is color-coded for easy recognition. The color code for Waterfront is Lime Green.
The station concourse at ground level features retail shops and toilets. There are no ticket barriers within the station, as all Sentosa Express rides from this station are free of charge.

Passenger Usage Patterns
Serving the Resorts World Sentosa Integrated Resort and its many hotels and attractions, Waterfront station encounters high demand throughout the day.
Waterfront station opened on 1 February 2010. The station remained closed ever since the Sentosa Express first started operating 15 January 2007, as the surrounding Resorts World Sentosa was still under construction. In 2008, the unopened station was dismantled and rebuilt in anticipation of large crowds expected after the opening of the Resorts World Sentosa Integrated Resort.
